All bookings must be done at www.iccva2010.cn, it shall be guaranteed with a valid credit card in amount of one-night hotel deposit per room. Balance
payment for accommodation should be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out. Delegates are requested to book their accommodation by August
31, 2010. Availability will not be guaranteed after this date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
The Housing Manager must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be issued after the congress as follows:
-Cancellation before August 31, 2010: no forfeiture
-Cancellation after August 31, 2010: forfeiture of one-night deposit
Special Needs:
